The main house will sleep up to 24 guests with a further 22 guests catered for by 3 others Cottages which sits within the grounds and just a stone’s throw from the main house. When booked together the properties comfortably sleep 46 guests.

It is the perfect home from home venue for a get-together with loved ones or colleagues and sits within 30 acres of private grounds in the tranquil setting of Teme Valley.

 

About the House

The Manor House boasts a grand formal reception hall with a further four reception rooms offering complete comfort in this large house.

As you would expect from a Georgian residence there are full height sash windows and elegant ceiling heights, the natural sunlight floods the rooms at all times of the day. Classic open fireplaces provide warmth, atmosphere and cosiness if needed in the winter months.

The state-of-the-art bespoke kitchen is a masterpiece. It has every convenience to ensure your stay is a comfortable one including wine fridge, coffee machine, two ovens as well as a classic Aga.

So, whether you’re rustling up a meal for everyone or need a space for a private chef to work, the kitchen really has got everything you need.

• 8 bedrooms in the main house with ensuite or bathroom between two rooms

• Additional beds can be added to many of the rooms if required

 

Leisure

The Manor House has a beautiful sun-filled orangery which houses a fully equipped gym and games room.  This leads on to an inviting indoor swimming pool and hot tub where guests can open wide the patio doors giving direct access to the terrace and rear gardens.  It is the perfect place in which to relax and unwind.

 

Garden & Stables

At any time of day, the large terrace at the rear of the house, provides the ideal entertaining space complete with BBQ area.  Friends and family can gather to enjoy time together chatting long into the night.  There are far reaching views across the valley which also make this a tranquil setting in which to simply unwind with a good book.

The estate even has its own stabling, an exercise arena and paddocks​ making it an ideal location for a riding holiday. There are endless woodlands, valleys and bridleways to explore.

The Cottages

Newly renovated Cottages which retains many of their original features.

3 cottages - 2 of them sleeping 8 guests and 4 bedrooms in both and the other cottage sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in living room.

The Cottages can be booked along with the main Manor House, providing comfortable sleeping space for up to 46 guests.
